Fuerniss’ European training and experience in five-star hotel and restaurant management, design and development led him to manage, own and operate some of Canada’s premier fine dining establishments and convention facilities. As Vice President – Participants Division, he was a key player in Expo 86, negotiating contracts with 54 participating countries.His experience in bringing multi-million-dollar projects to fruition on time and on budget coupled with an entrepreneur’s vision and tireless energy has built a diverse portfolio of well-managed businesses.

Oliver Fuerniss / VP Hospitality, COO Restaurants
Oliver Fuerniss is the managing partner of the Fuerniss family restaurant portfolio, which operates 10 restaurants with over 300 employees with a yearly sales volume of approximately $20 Million. Oliver has over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has successfully grown the Fuerniss family holdings from three restaurants on the Sunshine Coast to ten restaurants, including seven in Downtown Vancouver. -
